Contributing
As Gravinium continues to grow, extra help becomes a necessary component to our existence. We believe that everyone has a unique experience, prospective, and skill set that we as Gravinium can benefit greatly from.
Contributing to Gravinium can come in many forms, too many to fully list. A small sample would be:
- Helping manage group instances
- Creating material used in or by Gravinium
- Suggesting new projects/events/etc
- Voicing opinions over past decisions
Where to get started
If you find what we do enjoyable, we'd love to have you around. The best place to start would be our discord server. There, you can talk with us and learn a bit about how we do things. If you feel that anything you do fits well, or think we can try something new that you can bring to the table, do voice it through the discord!
Here are some common places to start!
- Do you program? Check out our GitHub and maybe submit some code changes.
- Do you make art? We are always looking for help on posters, assets, and a bunch more! The discord is a great place to start with that.
- Do you like writing? We can always use help on these docs! Check out the repo for more information on how to contribute.
- Do you DJ/produce? Our VRChat group, Gravinium is in need of new people to play at. Message us in the discord to reserve a slot.
- None of those fit? No worries, we can't list everything! Please get in touch with us so we can figure out the best place for you. I'm certain a spot exists.
